Then 2024 was the year of the AI breakthrough in countless companies – and elsewhere. Including ours, at coeo. And 2025? Will it be the year of big learnings, tried-and-tested practice and cool proofs of concept? There is a lot to be said for it. And we talk about it.

On April 10, 2025, it’s that time again: the Customer Focus Summit is entering its fifth round. This time live from K47 in Vienna. And after we were already heavily involved in the context of artificial intelligence at the customer interface in 2024, we are now continuing the major focus topic of our time. AI has long since arrived in practice and is generating tangible added value in numerous companies and projects. Even directly where customers shop, obtain information, make decisions or experience service. An incredibly exciting development.
