On April 16, 2026, we will be launching the sixth edition of the Customer Focus Summit, our specialist conference focusing on the key topic of customer centricity.

For the first time, we will be broadcasting live from Berlin and welcoming an audience on site.

Automation, AI, and data-driven decisions are not only changing companies. They are also shaping our understanding of responsibility, relationships, and progress. Customer centricity is thus becoming much more than a business strategy: it is becoming a question of attitude. Especially against the backdrop of technology and automation.

The Customer Focus Summit 2026 brings together decision-makers from business, science, and society to discuss once again what customer centricity really means in the age of automated systems. Not only on a technical level, but also where the future is decided: in values, leadership, and responsibility.

In Berlin, a space for reflection, discourse, and orientation is being created. Between the past, present, and future. Between technology, processes, economics, and sustainability. For everyone who not only wants to use technology, but also consciously shape it.
