The Customer Focus Summit #6 once again demonstrated how relevant and multifaceted customer centricity has become. At the intersection of automation, responsibility, and humanity, new perspectives emerged and critical questions took center stage.

Our sincere thanks go to all participants, speakers, and partners who made this day possible. Both on-site in Berlin and in the livestream, you helped create a space for meaningful exchange, fresh insights, and valuable conversations.

Automation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making are not only transforming businesses, but also reshaping our understanding of responsibility, relationships, and progress. These were the key topics of discussion. How customer centricity must be rethought in the age of automated systems, not only from a technological perspective, but also from a cultural and societal one.

The summit once again made it clear that customer centricity is not merely a business strategy, but a matter of mindset.
