ChatGPT: “The combination of empathy and AI is the key to success”

This episode of inTouch is a very special one. Because for the first time, we don’t have a human guest made of “flesh and blood” at the start, but … an AI. Artificial intelligence at the customer interface and beyond: it is the big focus topic in the coeo Group’s Customer Focus Network. And so it made sense for us to talk directly to AI in a podcast and videocast episode.
