Christian Giehler has been Managing Director (CEO) of coeo Inkasso GmbH in Austria and coeo Inkasso AG in Switzerland since May 2022. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and operational business of both companies.
Giehler has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with a focus on debtor management, debt collection, factoring and risk management. He has held management positions for over 15 years and most recently managed up to 120 employees.
As part of his work, he has also founded and successfully developed several companies.
As a proven industry expert for Austria and Switzerland, he speaks at congresses and events on topics such as artificial intelligence and the future of debt collection or customer-centric receivables management.
