Dr. Frederic Ufer has been the sole Managing Director of VATM since January 2024, having already led VATM together with Jürgen Grützner in a dual leadership role for the last two years.
Prior to this, he headed the association’s legal and regulatory department for over 15 years. After studying law in Cologne, the lawyer worked as a researcher at the University of Cologne. He also completed his doctorate at the University of Cologne on the subject of “Provider Liability”.
