Dr. Kevin Yam has an impressive academic background, with a degree in physics and a doctorate in theoretical physics from Philipps University in Marburg. His equally impressive professional journey has taken him through various management positions, including board positions at a debt collection company and a role as partner at a renowned software and consulting firm, where he drove forward the field of data analytics & AI and focused intensively on the financial sector. On January 1, 2024, Kevin Yam will join the coeo Group, Europe’s leading technology-driven debt collection service provider, as Chief AI Officer (CAIO). In his role as CAIO at the coeo Group, Dr. Yam will continue to drive the development and integration of cutting-edge technologies in the field of generative artificial intelligence. This includes innovative applications such as chat and voice bots, large language models, and AI platforms that have the potential to redefine the industry.
