Dr. Kevin Yam

Dr. Kevin Yam has an impressive academic career with a degree in physics and a PhD in theoretical physics from the Philipps University of Marburg. His equally remarkable professional journey has taken him through various senior positions, including board positions in a debt collection company as well as working as a partner in a renowned software and consulting company, where he drove the Data Analytics & AI division and was intensively involved in the financial industry. As of January 01, 2024, Kevin Yam will start as Chief AI Officer (CAIO) at coeo Group, Europe’s leading technology-driven debt collection service provider. In his role as CAIO at the coeo Group, Dr. Yam will continue to drive the development and integration of state-of-the-art technologies in the field of generative artificial intelligence. This includes innovative applications such as chat and voicebots, large language models and AI platforms that have the potential to redefine the industry.
