Dr. Richard Lohwasser is the founder of Enneo, a start-up from Berlin that develops omnichannel customer service software that uses modern AI solutions. Enneo either answers customer emails, letters and chats fully automatically or prepares them so that customer advisors can resolve them with a single click. Since its foundation in 2022, Enneo has processed over 100,000 customer inquiries, trains its own AI models and employs around 20 technical staff. Over 10 million tokens pass through its LLMs every day.

Prior to Enneo, Richard founded Lition, an independent energy supplier in Germany, which connected over 40 power plants to over 20,000 households. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of the operations unit of ExtraEnergie GmbH, where he was responsible for the service of around 350 employees. He held various management positions at Vattenfall, including Head of Process Management, Training and Online Departments in Customer Service Germany.

He started his career at McKinsey & Company and was co-founder of WhatNow Inc. in San Diego and founder of Clanintern GmbH in Munich, a communication platform for computer game teams.
