Florian Dutter

Florian Dutter is Country Manager Austria at Klarna, where he leads the company’s strategic and operational development in the Austrian market. He is responsible for market growth, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships, with the goal of strengthening Klarna’s position as a leading shopping and payment provider.

Prior to joining Klarna, Florian spent around six years with the Lufthansa Group in various roles focused on payment solutions and e-commerce. During this time, he led international projects, implemented innovative payment solutions, optimized online conversion processes, and contributed to fraud prevention initiatives across the group’s digital sales channels.
