Ilko von Bieberstein is head of customer service for private and commercial customers at the GASAG Group in Berlin. He is responsible for service sales, customer care, billing and receivables management. He wants to make it as easy as possible for customers to be customers and to use the products and services of the GASAG Group for themselves. To this end, he consistently focuses on customer experience and the continuous improvement of service processes. Together with his team, he develops applications, services and apps for customers that the employees themselves enjoy using. Since last year, he has been integrating GPTs as assistance systems into the service processes – a learning journey with enormous potential that particularly inspires the employees.
