Isabell Neubert is responsible for AI & IT Governance as well as Regulatory Technology at the coeo Group. In this role, she drives the strategic and operational direction of regulatory and technological governance topics at the intersection of AI, IT, law, and organizational design, with the objective of enabling the responsible and effective use of AI in complex corporate environments.
Prior to this, she spent six years at Detecon, where she led projects in the areas of AI Governance, AI Act readiness, AI ethics, cybersecurity, and strategic foresight. In this capacity, she developed and established the consulting offering for AI Governance and AI Act readiness end-to-end — from conceptual design and methodological development through to successful market positioning.
Her work is characterized by a systemic, implementation-oriented approach that aligns regulatory requirements with technological realities and organizational effectiveness. Rather than focusing on abstract compliance, her emphasis lies on building sustainable, scalable governance frameworks that support the productive use of AI and create long-term value.
