Marieke Merkle

Marieke Merkle is an Associated Partner at Noerr and specializes in providing legal advice in the areas of IT, data, and AI law. Ms. Merkle’s expertise encompasses both the regulatory framework (particularly the AI Act and the Data Act) and the drafting of civil law contracts. In addition, Marieke Merkle provides comprehensive advice on AI compliance within companies. Another focus of her practice is advising international clients on large-scale IT projects, such as IT outsourcing and cloud (transformation) projects.
