"I am a huge fan of facts and like to make fact based decisions. If you don’t have the facts, you manage blind. However, you might not have all the information you would like when starting a new company, so there has definitely been “gut feeling” and experience based decisions."

„When starting coeo Norway there has been major milestones and several daily milestones worth celebrating. I think it is important for the culture to take a few moments to celebrate achievements.“

„As a former athlete, working out is essential for me to preform my best. Unfortunately, I only reed during holidays, and every year I say to my self that I want to read more – maybe next year! “
